Donna Toothaker founded her company 1st VA, in order to provide specialized support and services to professional speakers, and life and business coaches.  Donna quickly decided working with speakers and coaches in the health and wellness fields was her company's calling.

In three short years, Donna’s business has expanded to include several staff members, onsite, as well as offsite. 1st VA has become the online marketing support company sought after by speakers and coaches from across the globe.  Donna has made sure that 1st VA is a one-stop company – and she included experts in all areas to be able to meet the many different needs of her company’s clients.

Amy brings to 1st VA nine years of website design, and also has her own site, Insiteful Web Design. She has designed over 200 websites, including corporate, small business, entrepreneur and non-profit organization sites. What started out as an interest in the internet and wanting to have her own personal site expanded into a passion for designing graphics and websites professionally. Amy has designed sites for Fortune 500 companies (including Mutual of Omaha and Kodak) as well as other large companies such as AMCON Distributing and Home Instead Senior Care.

Amy is adept on both PC and Mac platforms. She is proficient with raw HTML and CSS as well as with many HTML and graphics programs including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Illustrator, PageMill, and Quark Xpress.

Becky joins 1st VA with an extensive and diverse background, primarily in the hotel industry, and understands the importance of every last detail.  Becky spent time in Front Office Management, AR/AP, Payroll, General Cashiering, and overall control/supervision of a property on a regular schedule.   Communication between departments and jumping in whenever/wherever necessary is the key to success in that industry.  Becky looks forward to managing client accounts and being an integral part of 1st VA.

Becky enjoys volunteering in her community, and spending time with her husband and two children.
